5-9 nights inclusive, a 5% discount on the published rate
10-14 nights inclusive, a 10% discount

This discount will be available to all who pay in full at the time of booking.

All prices are inclusive of a continental breakfast and juices, tea or coffee. Available from 7.30 - 9.30 am on weekdays, 8.00 - 10.00 am at weekends.

At the discretion of the management accommodation for an additional adult instead of a child up to the age of 14 in a triple or family room may be offered at an extra charge of £15.00 per person per night including breakfast. A 'Z-bed' or cot is available at a one off charge of £10. Extra breakfast at £7.50 per adult or £4.00 per child

There is a minimum booking of two nights at weekends, either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday. Any unallocated rooms may be booked for just one night from 10am on the preceding Thursday on a first come first allocated basis.

We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT @ 17.5%

Booking and cancellation policy:
For bookings of 1 or 2 rooms at the time of booking, credit card details will be taken. If there is no credit card available we will ask for a 10% deposit of the total cost by cheque.
With group bookings (3 rooms or more) we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost.

For bookings of 1 or 2 rooms, If a cancellation is made 48 to 24 hours before the date of arrival a 50% charge of the full
booking will be made to the credit card. If a cancellation is made on the same day as the
booking a full charge of the booking will be made to the credit card.

With group bookings (3 rooms or more), we operate a 10 day cancellation period, i.e. between 5-10 days before date of arrival inclusive, there will be a 50% charge; 2-5 days inclusive a 75% charge and within 1 day of arrival a 100% charge.
