Facilities
Ideally suited for small and private informal meetings and conference events, looking to encourage "blue sky thinking", lateral debate and creative 'brainstorming'. The meeting and conference room has a light oak floor, the walls and ceiling are painted in natural tones and the light oak tables can be configured for a variety of formats, from a more 'formal' boardroom layout to an 'informal' setting using the mix of tub chairs and settees. There is a private deck for 'al fresco' meetings and dining. Facilities are fully digital and include a DVD player, video, tuner, CD player, TV, electronic drop down screen and cinematic quality projection with 5.1 Dolby sound system, compatible with PC and Mac formats. We also provide an overhead projector, flip chart and whiteboard.

Meetings and seminars
The meeting and conference room will take up to 18 people around a table in a "boardroom" format or up to 25 more informally. The meeting room can be set up for different configurations.
Lectures and screenings
The meeting and conference room will take up to 40 people in an auditorium format facing a speaker.
Private dining
The meeting room can be hired for private dining seating up to 18 people.
Overnight delegate costs (minimum number of delegates 6) £145 per delegate
Costs include: 1 night's accommodation in a double room (single occupancy), breakfast, lunch and dinner (but excluding drinks) from the conference menu, hire of the meeting room (9.00am - 5.30pm) and refreshments.
Hire of the room includes use of: whiteboard, flip chart, paper and pencils, multi-media facilities including TV, video, DVD player, PC projector, and overhead projector
Day delegate costs (minimum number of delegates 6) £55 per delegate
Costs include: lunch or dinner (but excluding drinks) from the conference menu, hire of the meeting room (9.00am - 5.30pm) and refreshments.
Hire of the room includes use of: whiteboard, flip chart, paper and pencils, multi-media facilities including TV, video, DVD player, PC projector, and overhead projector.

All drinks will be charged at brasserie prices.
If required lunch or dinner can be served in the meeting room for a handling charge of £3.00 per delegate. If preferred we can arrange for "finger" food or similar to be served in the meeting room as an alternative for lunch or dinner.
Booking and cancellation policy
10% deposit on confirmation, plus credit card details. The balance to be paid on checkout. We operate a 10 day cancellation period, i.e. between 5-10 days before date of arrival inclusive, there will be a 50% charge; 2-5 days inclusive a 75% charge and within 1 day of arrival a 100% charge. We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.
